Parafine Flower 2

These are the photos I've made to a class project.
We had to create a parafine geometrical figure and then transform it into something that we felt had some kind of importance (of meaning or stethics).
I used a dodechaedron reference and changed six of the pentagonal faces for a kind of starry-like pentagonal figure.
The result was some kind of chrystal-like parafine muffin

So then I carved out the stars to make this kind of flower.

In this stage, we had to create a suitable envelope that gave even more meaning to the figure.
As I was doing a flower I did the box as it were the leaves protecting the flower.

The green "box" is done with a polypropilene plastic layer and stitched to keep it together.
